Our coffee is expertly roasted, blended, and packaged in Italy, embodying the essence of Italian coffee culture and craftsmanship. The coffee beans are grown at various coffee farms around the world.

Our coffee blends are crafted with espresso in mind, ensuring a rich and flavorful experience. However, our blends are versatile and can be enjoyed using various brewing methods beyond espresso. Whether you prefer pour-over, French press, or drip coffee, our blends adapt effortlessly to deliver exceptional taste and aroma. Additionally, our ground coffees are expertly ground to suit specific brewing methods, as indicated by the logo on the pack and detailed product descriptions. This ensures that you can enjoy a consistently delicious cup of coffee tailored to your preferred brewing technique.

We are based in Pietermaritzburg, however we offer delivery to customers anywhere in South Africa. All coffees are stored  in our facility in Pietermaritzburg. 

Our goal is to offer you fast and cost effective shipping throughout South Africa. All orders are sent from our facility in Pietermaritzburg, KZN via courier services.
Our standard shipping fee is R75 per order. All orders over R400 qualify for Free Shipping.
Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order (usually 2-3 days). 

At present, not all materials used in our products are environmentally friendly. Unfortunately, as a small business, it is difficult and expensive to change to materials which will offer the same quality while being better for the environment. However, we are committed to doing our part for the environment, and this is something that we continue to pursue. In addition, we carefully ensure that all plastic and cardboard used in our processes, including when serving coffee at events, are recycled and proceeds used to benefit members of our local community.

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns of any items. If, however, your products have arrived damaged or expired we will replace them or refund you when we are at fault. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. If the goods were damaged, kindly send photographs of the damage, and your contact details to jeremy@willowbrew.co.za


We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.


Incorrect Item Delivered:
We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as expected and accurately reflected on our site. If however you receive an incorrect item please notify us within 7 Days of receiving the item. We will endeavour to rectify the mistake by correct delivery/refund/voucher/or other suitable means.
