Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns of any items. If, however, your products have arrived damaged or expired we will replace them or refund you when we are at fault. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. If the goods were damaged, kindly send photographs of the damage, and your contact details to jeremy@willowbrew.co.za

We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.

Incorrect Item Delivered:
We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as expected and accurately reflected on our site. If however you receive an incorrect item please notify us within 7 Days of receiving the item. We will endeavour to rectify the mistake by correct delivery/refund/voucher/or other suitable means.
